i've heard that ( in england)





1. you have to get ur provisional by the end of october or u cant get one till ur 21





and





2. if your born in 1991 you have to wait till ur 21 to drive anyway!

you can apply upto 3months before your bday and the age doesnt go up till end of october 2008Is it true dat you have to get ur provisional by the end of october?
