I m doing F.Y.Bcom, after completing F.Y, i want to do a job in call center, n i hv heard dat the students who do graduation externally, don't get a job in call center. PLZ HELP ME.Is it true dat anybody doing graduation externally, can't get a job in call center?

don't panic about it. it really does not matter where are you doing your graduation from. Definitely your communication skills does matter. but the best part of the whole deal is whether or not you are willing to work in odd shifts? if you are, then i hardly think that anything can stop you from getting the job at the call centre.

Look up West telemarketing on the internet. They are always hiring customer service agents to work in one of their many call centers nationwide.
It does not really matter where you do your graduation.... It only matters whether you are having good communication skills
