nope. my mom and i had different times! but something that's weird is that most of the time females that live in the same house will be in their cycle at the same time. unless someone is irregular... but i've always found that funny, and i don't know why it happens! just does.I heard that the same age your mom has her period is the same age u will hav urs is dat true!?
when your mom had hers and when your paternal grandmother (meaning your dad's mom) had hers can be a rough estimation of when you might get yours but nothing is for sure. You'll probably get it sometime in the next few years. Talk with your Mom about it. I remember feeling very uncomfortable talking about it but believe me, you'll be glad you asked your Mom questions so you kinda ';know what to expect.'; Also, you might want to think about having a couple supplies in case you need them or in case a friend needs them.
Not necessarily. My mom had hers when she was 17 and i got mine when i was 12. So it could happen but it would just be coincidental.
It could be a possibility, but it's not always true. I had mine at 9, my sister at 10 and out mom at 14. That was way off. Different people start at different times.
Not necessarily true. There is a genetic factor, but alot of it has to do with nutrition.
